Introducing Executive Chef Michael Ciccarone, the creative mind behind our superb dining offerings at the Fort Worth Boat Club. Ohio-born and Florida-raised, Michael polished his skills at the Arts Institute of Atlanta, where he shone as second in his class.

Accruing expertise at Atlanta Athletic Club and running a thriving catering business in Florida, Michael has for over two decades, paired culinary innovation with his wife, his partner in both life and flavor adventures.

Since 2019, Michael has been impressing Texas with his culinary creations and now brings his exceptional menus to our waterside haven on Eagle Mountain Lake. Members can anticipate a feast for the senses, from relaxed lunches to sophisticated dinners, all amidst scenic lake views.
